How does it work?
- You do not need to be a member to use the service.
- You can request it at any of our branches.
- When you make the shipment, you will receive a tracking number that the recipient must present to pick up the package.
- The service is prepaid, so the recipient does not have to pay at the time of pickup.
Rates and insurance
- We offer competitive rates, calculated according to the weight or volume of the merchandise.
- The service has the option of additional insurance, which must be requested at the time of shipment.
- If insurance is not taken out, no claims for loss or damage will be processed.
