Permitted Products: We only accept goods manufactured locally in the Dominican Republic, with a maximum weight of 10 pounds per order.
Shipping Insurance: Insurance of 1.25% of the value declared on the commercial invoice is automatically applied to ensure the safety of your shipments.
Exclusive Packaging: Merchandise must be packed only in boxes provided by our service, ensuring the integrity of your products during transport.
Documentation Requirements: It is essential to present a complete commercial invoice, including the exact address, name, and phone number of the consignee. If the commercial invoice exceeds US$800.00 per order, it is subject to customs duties at destination.
‍Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 7 business days from the date of shipment.
